And here is the fourth idea I had for a TSFH omake.
I WAS working on a piece of some NON-TSFH characters (like any of you care ) but I've been distracted by my new vid, and the last few days I've wanted to do a comic. And since I inexplicably woke up at 7:30 am today and didn't go back to sleep (be surprised Armageddon wasn't apon us, people) I had nothing else to do today but ink it.
So THIS omake actually has some *gasp* EFFORT put into it.
Most noteably I did REAL highlighing on Lucifer's hair today, not just the lazy-ass squiggly lines I usually do
Also yes Azrael is extremely out of character, but I don't care because its funny. I actually wrote the original concept for this one before I had really gotten Az's personality down pact.... but yeah still even then it would be out of the character
Oh and just for your info, since its probably only funny to me and a handful of a scholarly geeks, Lucifer is telling a story from the Book of Job (in an .. interesting manner ) in which, yeah, the real story was the Devil/Satan/whatever when he was still part of Heaven made kind of a bet with God. God was pointing out this dude Job who was perfect and god-fearing and as good as good can be. And the Devil's all like "you could get him to curse your name". So God lets the Devil do whatever he wants to Job, and God himself like destroys his crops, his house, his family, his health, but Job being the sucker he is doesn't curse God.
And the moral of that story is... Pffff Bad things happen to good people because God doesn't like perfection/makes random bets with the Devil?
Anyway, the comic is Ink on Bristol Board and the screentones and text is digital.
I remember you mentioned it yourself. O-o
Now coming to think about it, I never read it either... only heard it from a friend.
I suppose it's ok that 2 artists can take a similar route, since so many of us are out there.
If you want, I can show you some pictures...

This rings strongly to "Angel Sanctuary" as well.

It's not the size of the ship, it's the motion of the ocean. (But it takes a long time to get to England in a rowboat.)

The author's style is far away from urs, just that the setting is kind of similar.
