Here's a Photoshop tutorial I made up for those clouds I made in my "Talons of Doom" pic. It should work on all versions of Photoshop but it is very important that you have a tablet to be able to do this correctly.

This is also mainly for clouds during the daytime because late-afternoon and "sunset" clouds have different lighting.

Because tablets have pressure sensitivity which really plays a part in doing this tutorial;)

fair enough, but still fairly easy to do it with mouse with lower oppacities on the brush (specially with airbrush)
