Had to sketch this silly pic (okay, not even that funny xD) after reading Full Metal Alchemist manga vol 1-6.

Our beloved Colonel Roy Mustang is apparently "munou" (incompetent/ worthless) when it's raining (long story, as he's the flame alchemist, no sparks can be created in the rain), as told (and saved <3) by Leutenant Hawkeye, one of the really few manga/anime female characs that I love!
PS: the mangaka luv making fun of poor Roy
