It kind of grew from a strange dream I had about giant polar bears that had been evolving in the arctic circle in an unexplored cave system... I did have a fever at the time, which may explain a lot haha
LOL. This is funny. From a dream hum? I've done that before. Tried to bring images in my dreams to life on the screen, it can be frustrating, but it's alot of fun. If you don't mind a bit of help I'm going to post the following. Purely my own thoughts, it takes nothing away from the image you created.
IE: The lightning comment. From the looks of the tram shadow it appears your sun is setting at about one o'clock, if you look at the image as setting on the fact of a clock not actual time of day. One being upper right hand corner. So all shadows from your polar bears where they aren't off the scene should be lower left corner, or about seven o'clock. Accordingly, your top first bear from the left should not have the shadow under his jaw, rather being giant as he is, the shadow could fall all the way to the edge of the tram. The second is fine. The bottom first bear's shadow shouldn't be under his jaw either, but rather on top for he is shadowed by the tram tracks. The last, should cast a shadow over your girl cringing back from him.
Of course anyone else is free to correct me, it's just my thoughts and suggestions.

That's beautiful. I think the lighting is off in a few spots though :[
