A sadness plauged with life.
The loss.
Emma Lightfoot.
Rocking back and forth it’s been months since she left. It feels like years have gone by, sitting in this chair, it makes the pain lessen, as the chair slowly rocks me to sleep. I feel the unbearable pain of her being gone. The pain of half my soul being torn from me. It leaves me only half alive. The pain slowly eats at me most days, I’ll wake up fine and feel happy, and by the time I get to school I can barely move.
“Damian, get up. Do something. Go hang out With June and Westley. It’s Friday night. Please. It’s no use watching out the window, she’s not coming ba

Isle of Wolves: CONCLUSION
I found myself in that surreal world again, standing before the ghostly and enigmatic wolf looking down at me as I had many times before. I don’t know who the creature was or why it kept appearing before me, and every time I extended my hand toward it, a bright light would swell from its form and engulf me, bathing the world in pure white as the dream faded. This time however, I tried calling to it, asking who it was, why I was here, what it wanted, but no matter how much I spoke to it, the being never responded back and only stared at me silently with a piercing gaze. I then looked down at the wolf that seemed to resemble a former version of me, and the creature merely sat beside the ghostly wolf and quietly watched me as its tail idly wagged. In frustration, I turned and walked away, intending to go elsewhere on this strange beachhead, and the giant, ghostly wolf with the smaller one beside it both remained where they were as I went my way. As I treaded across miles

Lunar Dance of the Lupine
A teenage boy is going about his life at high school as usual. He leads an active, engaging life with friends and family, and is also the friend of one girl in particular. She is a shy, timid girl who shares the same school year as him with an aloof personality and a humble upbringing in an area that was rural. Despite her taciturn demeanor and propensity to space out, she was a beautiful girl in a small dress and with a petite figure of fine curvature. They met each other in their first year of high school, and though a friendly encounter, they were cold and distant toward each other at first. However, the boy was a friendly, open minded type who did not shun the girl when she decided one day to seek his help, and the girl became comfortable enough to hang around with him order to get away from other people. Their friendship was mild if not tepid with their only interaction primarily consisting of silently tolerating each other’s presence and occasionally engaging in idle

A Witch's Werewolf Wakening
“Double this, double that, toiling and trouble, my heart burning as this cauldron bubbles,” the girl melodiously hummed to herself as she concocted her brew. Within a dark, confined, basement beneath her cottage, the young witch tirelessly brewed her special potion over a steaming cauldron as she sought to make her husband’s wish come true. It was during the night in early October when her lover inadvertently revealed his secret desire through a joke he made about himself in a depreciative fashion. He inevitably confessed his secret fantasy to his magically adept partner, and out of love for him, she decided to bring his fantasy to life in a way he could not possibly imagine. Finally, the potion was ready as a black mist wafted forth from the dark, murky brew with the thick, musky, stench of a testosterone-driven beast pervading the air. With a cackle of glee, the young witch poured the potion into a crystalline flask and deposited it into her cloak with the utmost

Kyle sat silently on the bench as he gazed at the nearby forest in the distance. A gush of cool, crisp, wind blew toward him from the forest ahead, gently caressing him as if inviting him into the natural world. Kyle sighed and shifted in place anxiously as the wolf inside him stirred in response to nature’s touch. I only just changed a week ago with the last full moon, and yet, my other side won’t stop craving to drag me back into that hidden life again. Kyle thought worriedly to himself as he took a moment for deep introspection after finishing his classes for the day. It had been a few years now since the time his wolf side encountered his friend’s scent for the first time. Despite Kyle’s worst fears, his wolf side remained surprisingly stable in the ensuing years when he continued to transform on every night of the full moon, and Alissa had seemingly learned from their awkward encounter that day not to follow or pry into his life any further. A lot had happened since
Within the gentle embrace of darkness, he stirred from his slumber. The mushy, uneven layers of dry grass that made up their bedding sifted through his fur with their long, slender blades as he shifted about while slowly coming to. When he awoke, a variety of odors tickled the nostrils of the sensitive tip of his snout ranging between the crisp, verdant scent of the grass and plant matter in their dwelling, the earthy odors from the surface of their den, and the musty scent wafting from another furry creature sleeping beside him. The night vision of his eyes started to kick in, and the haze of darkness slowly gave way to reveal the many threads of ivy hanging from the ceiling of their den that appeared like a dense forest of tall, slender trees reaching toward the sky as his golden eyes stared up at them. He opened his maw and felt the stretch of his long face as he let out a long, listless yawn before closing his jaws and rolling onto his side to gaze at his
