The sun hovers slowly,
over the horizon,
as mist begins to form,
along the sea line,
The last of the golden orange colors fade,
darkness settles in,
and the night becomes,
alive,
The beauty of the sunset,
still is in the heart,
of those in the night,
as they go about their way,
The heart beats faster,
as the night gets darker,
but then it slows,
when at rest,
Everyone in the town is asleep,
it is too quiet,
but the night whispers,
until the sun rises.
