She had her schedule planned before she set foot upon this land. Two weeks will be plenty of time to take care of the problem before they are forced to return without completing the contract. Anything can happen within these two weeks, like how Roslan got affected by the haunt on the very first night.
She shouldn't think much about this, shaking her head as she tried to admire the still-dawn sky instead. One glance at the taxi dashboard reveals that it was almost a quarter to nine as the town got closer to them. The driver said that it'll take a while before they arrive at their destination, for there is little traffic to worry about.

First night in this lodge, and it's the sixth time that he's glanced at his wristband.
It's past midnight. He tried to sleep in various postures that had worked for him back at home. On his side, on his other side, on his back with arms crossed on his chest, huddled in a foetal posture, even to the extent of pulling his blanket over his head. None of those worked.
In the darkness of this large bedroom bathed in a mixture of faint aqua-blue and dim orange, he sat up. His friends are sleeping peacefully in their respective bunks. He claimed the floor before they could pull straws, having pulled out the spare mattress underneath one of the dou

She awoke with a start to find the room lit by the light coming from the bookshelves behind her. Her arms rest upon the table, barely visible in this dim lighting as she scanned the room for anything else that's out of place. She remembered taking a nap, but she didn't remember the lights being out.
The noise came again, probably the one that stirred her from her slumber, pinpointing it to the double doors that led to one of the many mansion corridors. A thin streak of light entered found its way in through the doors, followed by yet another muffled rumble. No wonder she recognised the sound. A storm is happening outside of this pocket dimen
Such a quiet morning. The perfect time to plan for today's schedule as he's finishing his bowl of cereal. But he couldn't think any further when he took her into consideration, with the said her being still asleep in his bedroom. It didn't really matter to him, since he'd willingly gave the bed up and slept on the sofa instead. He never really liked the mattress in that room anyways, the Tamaskan shrugged as he finished the milk from the bowl in one swig.
He then glanced at a clock above the television set. Still early, which was no big deal as he proceeded to clean the dishes that he'd used. Who knows when she would wake up, since they bare
It feels really nice to have a long warm shower after a crazy day with homework and friends. Those misleading questions made her head feel light, and it still is, even though the ends of her blonde locks have a weight to them thanks to the water. She's carrying them in her arm at the moment, the other still drying those on her scalp with her towel.
She looked out of the window to find the moon hidden amongst the clouds. There goes her plan to dry off whilst watching the stars, she sighed disappointingly. It would've been lovely to relax as the stars twinkle above her. She could snap a picture of it with her phone and show her friends what sh
"Is this really a necessity, Master Lucifer?"
His arms quivered from the loaded kettles hanging at his fingertips. As much as he wanted to shift the handles onto his palms, the black dragon resting upon a lawn chair had warned him otherwise, even though he didn't mention anything about a punishment.
"The training would've been moot if it was that easy, Ashen Butterfly." He smirked, fetching his glass of lemonade for a long sip. "Give it a minute or two more, then you may settle down for a tea break. I shall personally see how you fare in a spar afterwards."
"All this to ensure that my grip isn't feeble," the Tamaskan grumbled aloud, much t

A sea of pines and a steep height separated the lodge from this town. It made the town look so small and insignificant, that one could easily create the illusion that they are holding the settlement upon the palm of their hand. But Charles had no time for such an optical wonder, nor were the others in the mood to have some photos taken.
"A wonderful view, is it not?" he remarked, cocking his head sideways to see the other two companions at the other table.
A sigh came in response from the short vixen's throat, her eyes trained upon the path not far from the lodge that would take them to the source of this haunt. "We should have departed an

White turbulence surrounded her. The mighty force threatened to knock her over like a domino piece. She reached out for someone, anyone, only to witness her hand vanish into the cold fog. They were resigned to shield her eyes instead.
They shouldn't be far. The storm was recent, but the snow has already risen beyond her ankles. Sagacious had yelled something, before the wrathful flurry swept her words away. Eliza already knew where she should be going, for she was facing the building before it became hard to see.
A hand from nowhere caught her by the elbow! She jumped with a startled cry, trying to break free from its firm grasp. That was w
