The Soviet Union decided one of the best opportunities they had without alienating other world powers, but still supporting the socialists and communist movements fighting for the independence of their people was to actually aid their rebellious and uprising independence movements secretly. Meanwhile the new Soviet Society was talking about changes made from the past Feudal System, as well as the role of the new Soviet Woman overall. While many Woman had not been nearly as Free then in the Western European Nation States in comparison, even those were not fully free or equal for a variety of reasons.
