This story will have some a crossover with another previous story I did called "Playtime" though the main characters of this story are Rusty and Rudy.
Rusty was 5 years old, and he loved horses. He always loved to dress up as a horse on Halloween and played a horse in the Kindergarten pageant. Coincidentally, he was the fastest in his school. He also loved to eat apples. Apples were his favorite food. He got the nickname "Horsey" in his school because of how similar he was to a horse in terms of personality. While many in his class liked him, he did get bullied by people who would make fun of him for his horse characteristics. Not only that, but the rest of the kids at school seemed to love making fun of him for being a horse. One day, during recess, a first grader came up to him with a carrot in his hand and said, "Eat the carrot, Horsey." The rest of the class laughed. Rusty didn't mind the taunting and ate the carrot from the kid's hand.
Cameron was a playful 5 year old who loved to play outside. Every day at Kindergarten, he would enjoy recess. When he wasn't at kindergarten, he would run around in the woods or in the fields. He also loved playing with toys and, despite being a human, he loved playing fetch. His brother, Timmy, would throw a Frisbee or a tennis ball, and Cameron would run after it. He would grab it, and then run it back to his brother. He became well known for this at his school as well. The other students began to play fetch with Cam. Despite some of the teasing he'd get, nothing excited him more than playing fetch. One day, his mother decided to get a pet dog. So, she got a German Shepherd puppy and named him Brad. Cam and Brad became instant best friends. In fact, they were pretty much inseparable. Then again, it helped that they had a lot in common with each other. They both loved to play fetch, they loved to run around for no apparent reason, and they would get very excited when
