The Lazuli Dragonfly is a pygmy dragon that lives in wetlands and around rivers. Nocturnal by nature, they feed on mosquitoes and starlight, and are easiest to spot on full moon winter nights. Hunted nearly to extinction at the end of the last century by fairies, who prize their wings and use them in jewelry, eventually some Big Dragons noticed and told the fairies to "stop that." Since then their numbers have recovered dramatically.
