Hey now, a painting! Finally! This is a reworking of my old (old old old) piece Ultimate End. I've wanted to revisit that concept for a while but kept getting tied up in other projects. Well no more!

There are a few photographic elements worked in here but the majority of this was painted by hand in Photoshop. Took about two and a half weeks to do.

Hey, a daily deviation! Thanks all! For those who aren't familiar with my old work, this is a reworking of a piece called Ultimate End that depicted a massive stellar shockwave destroying planets. I somehow doubt the physics of the piece, but a spectacle it would certainly be. At Last Light is a update of that concept in my current style.
