I've been having flowers on the brain, since I'm too much of a chicken to go out and snap some of the ones blooming in the bad, rainy weather.:)

I'd rather get/buy flowers like these (orchids, birds of paradise, daisies, tulips, etc) than roses. Roses are just so pretty, but other plant beauties are too often overlooked, and the aforementioned and others can be found just by going on a hike in the woods...I prefer to stumble upon such a gift:).
