Inspired by the children's story "The Snowman", about a snowman who takes a young boy on a flight around the world. Specifially, this drawing was done as a tribute to my friend Marc who passed away earlier that year. His favorite cartoon as a child was the "Snowman" and later in life became friends with the band "Nightwish" because of their beautiful cover of the theme song from the old cartoon.
