Artist's Statement
So I've been playing a lot of World of Warcraft again on my Alliance guild. I play on an RP server and stood around RPing with a few guild mates in front of an instance while we waited for our last party member.
While there, I saw what my friend's character was wearing (Moonshroud Robe) and just thought it was beautiful how she wore it with a blue shirt behind it to cover the belly and arms. So I was inspired to draw her priest character in that dress. I went hunting through my stock resource models and stumbled on one that was added more inspiration to the art ( [link] ) because I could really imagine her casting levitate with that pose - but gracefully gliding down from a high area in Dalaran. I finished this just before 2AM and I might find some changes in the morning that I'll want to make after a good amount of sleep.
