The small bathroom was lit only by a single candle. Two young girls, dressed in their halloween costumes, giggle in front a large mirror, as they begin to chant "Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary." All is quiet. The two girls look at eachother, and laugh out loud. Of course it wouldn't work, wait till they told everyone at school that the whole thing was a lie. A complete an utter lie.

One of the girls grabs the candle, and the other goes to turn the light back on, But just as the girl's fingers are about to touch the light switch, a whoosh of cold air freezes them in their tracks, and blows out the little flame, leaving them in total darkness.

All is completely silent. Both girls are too afraid to breathe, as a shiver runs up their spines and chills their skin. The candle's wick relights with a ghostly blue flame, and begins to dance and flicker, allowing fleating images of ghastly shadows on the walls. One girl screams, and points to the mirror. The other turns and lets out a blood curdling Wail of terror. For in the glossy blackness of the mirror stands the horrible ghostly image of Bloody Mary. Blood begins to pour from her eye sockets, just as blood begins to seep through the walls all around the two frightened little girls.

One girl tries to reach for the door, but her fingers make no contact with the metal knob. Bloody Mary's hands form into tight fists, and a evil snarl masks her face.

The screams of pain were all that was heard from behind the door. Their parents tried desperately to break down the door, but by the time they got through, there was nothing but blood on the other side.
