Himalayan Brown Bear as Totem
It was actually a lot of fun drawing this animal; firstly because there wasn't many reference pictures for colouring, so I had to rely on a couple of documentary snapshots, and then basically look at other bears that live in similar climates. And it's always a pleasure drawing an animal that doesn't have 4,000 different reference pictures. Lol.
Secondly, the Himalayan animals just don't get enough love.
Anyway, a little known fact about the Himalayan brown bear, is that it is probably the animal at the root of legends regarding the Yeti.
