<b>The prints preview thumbnails are a deviantART translation from ProPhoto files to sRGB files. I use ProPhoto for its greater depth of colors. The prints will be made out of the ProPhoto files, and therefore will have more vibrant colors than the file used for the deviation. However, the final result on the print will be closer in term of colors to what you see on the original deviation than the preview thumbnails.</b>

I suddenly have a crush for railroads and the most industrial parts of Paris...

Enjoying my days off, I randomly go to places I've never been before. I traveled a lot all over the world, now is the time to know my city a bit more.

Considering the original picture, I have to say I am quite proud of my effect here. My recent rediscovery of Photoshop has pushed me into trying new stuff, and I'm only starting feeling this joy I had in my early beginnings. Manipulating the tones clearly give an all new atmosphere to Paris, the gray city.

This is, to be honest, one of my favorite shot since a while. I also really enjoyed putting the text into the picture; it was something I meant to do for some time, but never had any appropriate pictures. I am now doing a series out of this idea :D
