I saw that the cherry trees in our yard had started to bloom, and freaked out. I had to get pictures of them - this is the Japanese cherry tree we have (I can't remember the exact name, I just know that it isn't a weeping cherry XP). The flowers aren't pink, but a beautiful white, but the petals are so delicate, that they were already starting to fall off in the stiff breeze we had today.

This picture just blows me away - I can't believe that the grass was such a wonderful green in the background, I think it just sets up the whole image perfectly. I'm hoping to take more tomorrow, just because I love it.

These flowers are just so stunning, I love this picture - can't you tell? I think I've gone on enough about how much I love this shot, but I'm sure I could keep at it if pressed to it ;P
