Artist's Statement
We all have them. Scars that define bravery, scars that define devotion. Marks of spirituality and amulets of protection.
We choose to wear them; even though we rather hide them. Inspired by Chinese tattoos. Originally it started to be an Elven woman walking in a forest but thinking it was too cliché I had it developed to include more oriental influences. Purely done in Photoshop with a Cintiq21ux and used a stock photo as a reference for the pose and body. I also used stock images as reference for the tattoos, and used stock brushes for the fabric's pattern. |

Glossy Finish Photo Prints

Matte Finish Photo Prints
Printed on Kodak Edge paper, Matte Photo Prints have a smooth surface. Matte finishes have a lower-contrast and are often used to enhance the innate textures of Photo Prints.
Lustre Finish Photo Prints
Printed on Kodak Super Endura, Lustre-finished Prints are a premier paper offering. Lustre has a slight gloss with a subtle, matte texture. Lustre paper has deeper color-saturation and higher contrast than matte and can sometimes result in a darker image.

For a contemporary feel, our Premium Paper Giclée Prints deliver vivid color reproduction and exceptional detail on high-quality Matte heavyweight paper stock.
