about 3 years ago some bunnies moved into my garden, just one or two to begin with, but by the end of that summer I had up to 9 regular bunny visitors at a time. They escaped from a neighbour's garden and, doing as bunnies do, populated all the gardens in our road.

I adopted a second cat this year, and docile, domesticated & daft as they both my feline friends are, reckon they've prompted the bunnies to relocate to the nearby gardens with a lower cat count. I still see them hopping across the road, scuffling about in the hedges, doing their bunny things, getting on with their bunny lives.

This is my homage to the bunnies who shared my garden for a while.
