Whew. I started this picture way back around Christmas time. I was out with some friends, playing Yugioh and Halo (yes I'm not a total girly-girl. I enjoy some good violent video games on occasion.). I needed a break so I whipped out my sketchbook and started to doodle. I got the sudden urge to draw an angel. So I sketched this out and loved it so much I inked it.

Unfortunately this picture was a pain to color! Why? Because my computer seemed to act up whenever I tried to color it. (I wrote in my journal about this piece. This is the "lovely scrap of pink.") I put it aside, frustrated. But then I ordered some copics (which I absolutely adore!) and decided to practice on this. I did most of the coloring right before my Japanese class. She's very beautiful, ne?

I'm actually very pleased with the result.
