Irene was lost, not a friend in sight. The night was setting in and the little humble faery perched upon and iris. She prayed for help and called out, "Show me the way I am meant to go!".A faint voice rustled in the wind or no, was it a voice inside her heart. The voice said, "My yoke is easy and my burden is light". At that moment she feared no more and she knew just who it was who spoke to her.

Irene was no longer alone and she was led by the Light that was in her heart.

This was my painting for today, I hope you like it. It measures 6x6 inches and was painted using indigo blue, gesso and graphite.
