this is the LL... a large device used by the government to level out large areas. in this case, it's leveling the notorious woodland home to wanted and presumed dead criminals. one dude calling it home, is TA. poor guy loses his home. anyho, that lil figure would be Leara flying sloppily out of harms way. no worries, TA is out of the frame but saved thanks to Leara. this scene happens in the beginning of the story.
