Canis Major containing the star Sirius - which is perhaps where J.K Rowling gained her inspiration for Sirius Black - him being a dog and all... :shrug:

Anywho, Canis Major is the 'greater dog' of Orion's hunting dogs, according to legend/myth - chasing the hare Lepus across the skies, or helping Orion fight Taurus the bull.

I've also including Canis Minor behind him :D
