<sub><b>I made like a 100 versions of this one and I’m still not satisfied with the result…I spent hours on it…and changed a lot of backgrounds…when I finally found the perfect one it turned out that it wasn’t free to use…I was sooooo pissed off, so I left it unfinished for a whole week…
…It was really getting on my nerves but somehow I finished it today…

The concept was very simple, just a lady in a ghostly dress…I’ve always wanted to make one…I think I’m gonna make another cuz I really don’t like this one…I achieved the painted effect on the dress just by using the motion blur filter plus the smudge tool…

I haven’t been around these months, so I have a lot to catch up…I want to apologize to everyone who hasn’t got a reply…especially the people who dedicated works to me and didn’t get a reply…I have problems with this V6 version…My devwatch and message center is fucked up…so I just submitted the last few works and ran…I hope it got fixed while I was away…
