Who put Bella in the Wych-Elm?

Description

Here's a spooky tale I came upon over Halloween this year. This woman's remains were found in a tree in Warwickshire, England and nobody knows who she is or who dunnit. But there were various graffitis appearing around town asking this question, "who put Bella in the wych elm?" Cause of death was attributed to asphyxiation, on account of a portion of taffeta found in her mouth. The remains of one of her hands were found dispersed around the trunk. Dental records yielded no information as to her identity, the woman apparently came from nowhere and was missed by no one. An anthropologist cited an occult ceremony known as the "Hand of Glory", theorizing that the scattered hand bones suggested a ritualistic murder.

I drew her as thought this happened in the Victorian era, which isn't accurate but how could I resist? It certainly sounded like something from that era. As I drew, some crows appeared in the tree- seven for a secret, never to be told.
