Philadelphia Black Metal Logo - Long Cold Winter

I originally did a Black Metal Logo for Philadelphia about 2 years ago, but I always wanted to give it another go, and this is actually the 3rd attempt.

My first attempt made the name look more like an eagle, but the problem was it just didn't look like a black metal logo - Philadelphia Black Metal Logo

My second attempt was a few days before this one, and this time I decided to just focus on something that looked cool. It was close, but I wound up making it too clean and not "grimme" - Philadelphia Black Metal Logo - Version 2

This time around, I got a TON of feedback from people. I got feedback from friends, Philadelphia residents, and black metal fans around the world. I took all the advice I got and I researched and researched and researched, and practiced and traced past drawings and refined and then practiced again... after 3 days I finally sat down and focused om the piece. The biggest change was adding Philadelphia City Hall over the logo itself. I had the idea shortly after I did the second one but this time I just went for it. One key bit of advice I got was to make it more illegible, but I kept it as legible as possible while still adding trees and grimness to it.
