I don't think a lot of people realize this about Laurence, but he's sincerely determined and surprisingly optimistic. He's a fighter and has a lot of faith, which always surprises me about him. I bolded the lines in the song that really called out to me and really fit Laurence. Although Laurence can be extremely selfish at times, at his core he's a sweet and very giving person... he just has high standards and expectations.

I chose to do this primarily in grays so that the colors would stand out. Gray is also an important color for Laurence, in my opinion, because he fits into the gray area of things. He's not weak (even though he has asthma), but he's also not physically strong. He's kind, but he's also selfish. And although he fits into that gray area and isn't one thing or the other, he thinks that everything is black and white. That's a part of his development that he still has yet to fully face.

After lots of really great feedback and constructive criticism from AiriTankou, Slawton and UnicornDerp... I'm finally finished! _{I was so impatient to finish.}
