MS: Stitches Portrait

This was a part of an assignment I had to do for my Painting class last year. I forgot to scan it and I decided to until now because my brother just got a new printer/scanner and I decided that it was time to scan and post this painting I did. >3<

I also stink at gradients and I couldn't make a decent background. :'3 Before you say anything, no, I do not have a fan brush. Which is why I couldn't make a proper gradient effect for the background.

This was the funnest homework/assignment I had to do for my Painting class because I had fun painting my character Stitches. Who is a robot that loves to wear hats. C:

We had to choose a genre/style of painting and a certain painter and try to replicate their style but paint something that didn't belong in that time or something else, I forgot. @ w @

Oh yeah, I don't freaking paint. Can you believe I was able to pull this off and this is my second painting I had to do for the class and maybe in my life.
