Mandrake Vs. Dr. Monroe 1 (ALTA-OCT Round III)

You guys may not know this by now, but I'm in an original character tournament online and my character, Mandrake, happens to be one of the two remaining contestants competing for a prize, the other being 's Dr. Monroe. I heard earlier this month that the deadline for this, the final round, was in two weeks, so starting today, I will submit a deviation every two days promoting me and SeraphicHalo.
