Description

My character, Tsuta. BG is a photo I took in a church (I modified it, obviously).

It was about time I drew something right? ;) C&C are greatly appreciated =3

edit: Not my nuzlocke character lol. This is the "original" tsuta character, that i started drawing (not as epic-ly) when i was a young teen and that i had just started using tsuta as nickname on the web. ...in my nuzlocke the character's name is also tsuta because that's a nickname i use everywhere lol

Wow! It has been a long time since I have seen your drawings. You have definitely improved in proportion, shading, and composition.

A bonus that you are doing photography with the works.

One recommendation: The background has a grainy texture while the foreground person(Tsuta) is clean and defined. Try applying or creating textures and applying it to your avatar.

Some times for homemade textures are creating them by taking paper and rubbing it on a surface and scanning it. Another way is to find objects with Fresco-Like textures and photograph them.

Blending them in different ways is up to your imagination.
