Inspired by the Edgar Allan Poe story of the same name. I wanted to get creative with the costume, so over the traditional skull mask i pinned the wrinkling, decaying, bloody skin of one of the Red Death's victims.

I tried something different this week, monotone painting – which isn't really a "new" technique but is very new to me. I've never tried it before but i love how it came out, much better than most of my other work i think.
