This is a lovely little portrait of Blight the Clown and his best friend "My Little Red Balloon Pal". I suppose every one needs a little red balloon pal at some point in their life. In this image "My Little Red Balloon Pal" seems to be confused by Blight the Clowns choice of hair style. Personally, I think its pretty snazzy.
