Artist's Statement
Inspired by the movie "The Bridges of Madison County", I set out in quest of the bridges of Illinois. Located in Henderson County; and built in 1886 is the Henderson Creek Bridge. It is just south of Oquawka about an hour from Rock Island. There was a real nice picnic area there.
