It's easy to hide behind a lie - ME

Now, I know you'll all want the lowdown on this, correct?
<sup>You all know that I am going thru a rather...difficult...time atm, and it even haunts me in my sleep...so I've taken to a) either totally exhausting myself by doing something mind-boggling before I go to bed (like sewing), or b) taking my discman to bed with me. I had my Staind CD with me one night about a week ago...and I had Reality playing...and I remember stopping at one bit and the dolly just popped into my head. I stuck the song on repeat...and the dolly stayed until I could act upon it the next morning...which I promptly went to oC while talking to my various MSN peoples...
*robosexual, ~TheGuyWho, ~Kreegle and Smelliot (my little brother) have all been great helps by approving the developement of the dolly...
This dolly is different. Can you tell?
A) Its a GUY dolly...all by himself. Usually its the guy AND girl dolly...or just the girl dolly. He's by himself! Whee! (And looking sexy and yummy...haha)
B) I used AIRBRUSHING for some of it...and I tried a different approach when it came to the actual colouring...and it looks so realistic, that I stuck it as a digital painting...
C) TEARS! REAL FOOKING TEARS!
D) My hearts in this one. (geddit? )

Okay. The meaning. Hehehe...
Its easy to hide behind a lie...because it is. Sometimes we paint a smile upon our down faces and prepare ourselves to take on the world. Hence, we lie to feel better...
A suit and tie to mask the truth...hes hiding from something. He's not telling something he needs to. Basically, hes a coward. A wallower. His heart there (gotta love that band-aid wheee!) is broken because of his lies. Or it could the the heart of the woman he hurt. You never know.

15 for the heart and its band-aids...
and the rest i dont remember cos i submitting this on mums computer, and she don't have PS or anything...)
My previous high-score for layers was 62 ...*disgusted*
Tools - SMUDGE TOOL (me and teh smudge take on the world yet again in ANOTHER brilliant masterpiece!!!), Line Tool (Only just realised that existed in PS!), Gradient Tool, Hairbrushes I stole off some site I found on Google, Opacity, Flow, Fill, Artistic Effects (for the tears...Plastic Wrap!)...

I really put everything I had into this dolly - love, heart, mind, soul, digital paint.... I hope you can see that.

This is my therapy dolly. I've turned the negative ugly thoughts that Ive been thinking over the last week into something that you can see, something that is positive. I understand that people relate to my dollies because of the themes and the emotions behind them - but that is not the reason behind the dollies. They are ME. They live inside of ME.
