Up at 2000m, on a mountain that has seen many fall to their deaths... (it is marked "only for the experienced") on what was a beautiful, sunny day, until about three quarters of an hour previously (when we hit the summit). We had just descended the supposedly worst bit of the mountain, giant steps, almost vertical, with a drop of hundreds of metres... although the path remained no wider than 2 feet, with a fairly sheer drop, for a good hour after this point.

The mist that you see here came in and down completely, and stayed for another 36 hours.

Walking down in that mist was one of the most bizarrely lonely experiences - and yet, so close to God.
