First of all, I really love your photo.
The look of the girl has managed to catch my attention immediately and I think that's very good, one of the intentions of photography is getting the attention of viewers. There is a small detail that makes divert attention from the point of care, as I said earlier, I think are the eyes. This point is the pale skin of the girl, especially in the arm that has led to a white point that contrast too much with the black background and dress the girl. It's the same in the neck, the collar is almost lost in the white skin of the girl.
Beside this, the picture, in my opinion, is very good. The black and white is appropriate for the photo and the theme you wanted, or I think you wanted, photograph.
