This is Bill & Charlie, two entities of the St'Kee Mass*. Bill is studying Medieval European Culture, Charlie is studying 20th century USAian Society. They had to compromise on their costume, but they're used to that

*The St'Kee Mass is made up of thousands of smaller entities. While these entities are not physically joined, lack of physical contact with others of their kind causes acute mental and physical distress. Therefore although they can travel they never do so alone and rarely stay away from the main mass for long.
