The sun has just risen on a cold November morning. Hot air rises from the stacks of a seemingly alive mill and meets with the cold air and creates dramatic steam.

The mill is Arcelor Mittal, former Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel's, Mingo Jct plant. Despite the steam, the plant is very much dead with little hope of the plant ever producing steel again. Still, its nice to do images like this before it fades to dust.
