Number 7 Sylvester McCoy

So, I did this for my friend and fellow Doctor Who podcaster for ArrowOfTime, Matt. (Actually, It' Matt's and himself and Joseph have been kind enough to let me guest........ )Anyway.......I have been sitting on it for awhile now(not literally, of course) mostly because I have a less Doctory one I have been trying hard to thrash out of Sylvester McCoy (soon to be Radagast The Brown) that I think can be much better. He is Matt's favorite doctor, and I thought it would fun to make a gift of it. Anyway, still working on different ideas for him, and perhaps I will do a better one. So I guess this is D7 SM sketch #1.
