Edwin Cracknell creates clockwork birds in his steam powered workshop in the town of Hexley. His first noctural mechanical bird is the Barn Owl. With it's recognisable mask like face it is a beautiful clockwork specimen with an accurate, though somewhat startling, shrill cry.
