This piece was created late year as part of a uni project. The brief was to create an A1 sized poster based on a book from a randomly assigned Dewey decimal number. The number I got given pertained to ancient china (must have been 931, I forget)

it was an easy choice for me as there was only one book in the university library in that category( and I couldn't be arsed walking to the town's main library). This picture is based on one of the pictures in that book of small wooden carving of a Demon that I really liked. I think it's from the Zhou dynasty but again I'm not certain.
