Bah Minnesota Weather

The parking lot at MSB Richfield (Minneapolis): ~40F, little foggy.
Buffalo, MN: ~30F, can't see more than 25-50 yards ahead; less in the city (lights creating solid opaque walls of fog).
Result of driving for 45 minutes through this situation of steadily increasing moisture and decreasing temperature: this picture.


Macro mode just far enough away to get the whole thing in frame. This version has been cropped for my wallpaper size; but the cropped out stuff didn't add too much (just the base of the hood ornament and a bit of dead space at the top).
You can vaguely make out the shape of the ornament (or you could just look at a Cadillac emblem), the rest is all ice which accumulated in less than 45 minutes (I want to say 25 or less, since the fog didn't get bad until that time).
My antenna wouldn't go down either, I had to shake it until enough of the ice broke off so that the motor could just scrape off the rest.
I've got a purely backlit version too, where the only thing that's lit up is the actual ice, but the quality is kinda bleh.
