This pic has many sources of inspiration, not the least of which is the artistic community and challenge that is <b>deviantArt</b>.

The Queen here is, obviously, inspired by "Tyr'ahnee" from <i>Duck Dodgers</i>, although I confess, I've never seen the show; I just thought she was hot. :D But ... she's also interpreted through my love of Edgar Rice Burroughs' "Barsoom" series, in which we learn of the cruel Black Pirates of Mars, and so she was an attempt to turn a cartoon character into a fantasyvillainess (not Issus, but maybe the queen who succeeded that wretched hag ... ).

Wow, it's hard to make a sexy character who is so dark she's practically only a silhouette!
