While walking around the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, I noticed this really cool mass of metal bars and pipes set up near the street. When I took a closer look, it seemed to be a set of bleachers that were constructed but the seats and flooring weren't put in yet. Still, I thought it looked rather interesting against the blue sky.
