Mountain Song

My first night-sky painting! ^^ You'd be surprised by how much free time I have XD

This wolf I painted from a picture I found in a calendar. Her fur color and the way it flowed inspired me. It reminded me of a layered flower. The coloring looked like snowed on trees.
The mountains and the sky are completely original. It took a lot less time than I thought it would. XD

As you can see, there is a red shooting star in the background. A year or so ago, I had a paper route that required me to get up super early in the morning. While I was delivering papers one time, I happed to glance up and see a beautiful red shooting star shoot across the sky. I only caught a glimpse of it though...
Anyway, when I told my parents(mom and grandma) what I saw, they said I was probly just seeing things -.-' Ticked me off........ but I was glad to have been able to see it before it went out^^

There is also a constellation. I discovered it last fall during the time when a lot of false-sunsets started to appear. At first, I thought I just made it up, but I found the constellation in the sky and it looks exactly how I drew it out; distance and all. I named the constellation "False-Fire" after the time that it appears. As for what the constellation is, it looks like a rearing wolf. 2 stars make up its ears, 5 stars make up its front legs, 1 star makes up its throat, 1 star makes up its scruff, and 2 more stars make up its muzzle. Just so you know, in this pic, the star for the scruff doesn't show up so well :\ sorry bout that. As soon as I get another pic of the painting I'll replace this with it.

Btw, the constellation is to the right of the painting(in the sky of course)
