I love liver.

It took me 25 tries to get this photo right.
At first there was a problem with focusing on the correct spot, and then there was much fidgeting with distance and angle and trying to stay still for a whole 1/8 of a second.

I'm usually pretty good at staying still, but it was challenging because I was hungry.
