This is my interpretation of the trickster raven from the Native American myth where the Raven steals the stars, the moon, and the sun from the sky Chief. Its depiction is one of the most popular legends of the creation of the world, among the Native Peoples of the Northwest Coast.

This picture show the raven in three stages bird, human, and symbol. The reason i made the feathers colorful is because before the raven was all black he was once the most colorful bird before his wings got scorched by the sun light.

This piece was drawn in pencil and digitally edited. The print comes in 8x10 and 11x17 gloss with a white border.
