I have discovered a new way to make lime green make-up! WEE! I mixed my white halloween cream make-up with my cover girl lime and turquoise eyeshadow and BOOM! This is what I got. It's not wet or anything, it dries and lasts a while. It's also not too hard to get off either. I outlined it in green Rimmel liquid eyeliner first, so that was probably the hardest to come off!
