Playing with Alien Skin Bokeh 2, the best program of my life. This is an imitation tilt-shift effect, also known as the 'miniature effect'. I am somewhat obsessed with the tilt-shift miniature effect. The last photo like this went over well and a lot of you expressed interest in seeing more, so here is another. This one is a lot more lights, people and colour compared to the last one.
